Captain Daniel Nisharume serves as the Team Lead. He is an accomplished Unlimited Master Mariner with over 20 years of global maritime and offshore experience. His professional career spans senior leadership roles across a wide range of offshore and marine operations, including offshore wind projects, anchor handling, dredging, pipelaying, heavy-lift operations, and jack-up vessel campaigns, executed for leading international clients.
Daniel has held key positions as Ship Master, Marine Superintendent, and Marine Warranty Surveyor, providing him with comprehensive expertise in marine operations management, vessel assurance, and offshore safety-critical activities. He possesses a strong command of international maritime regulations and industry standards, including ISM, ISPS, MARPOL, and SOLAS, ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
